The numbers
Our Impact — measured against the goals that matter.
Worldtech measures itself against four UN Sustainable Development Goals — 2, 6, 7 and 13 — and against the only proof that counts: cold rooms cooling, boreholes pumping, lights staying on, and green jobs created for youth and women.
Impact figures
Targets and reserved volumes are client-supplied or independently verifiable (§ awards, GIZ); deployment figures grow as projects complete. We state what is real and label what is a target.
The goals
Four goals, in plain language.
Not as logos on a wall — as the actual outcomes each pillar of the Water–Energy–Food Nexus delivers.
SDG 2 · Zero Hunger
Solar cold storage and agro-processing cut the ~30% of fruit and vegetables Ghanaian smallholders lose after harvest — keeping more food in the system and more income with the farmer.
SDG 6 · Clean Water & Sanitation
Solar boreholes, smart irrigation and rainwater harvesting bring reliable, clean water to communities the grid and the mains have not reached.
SDG 7 · Affordable & Clean Energy
Solar mini-grids and off-grid systems deliver clean power that stays on through dumsor — the single current that powers water and food alike.
SDG 13 · Climate Action
Every cold room, borehole and street light displaces diesel and grid carbon, while building climate resilience for the communities most exposed to it.
In partnership
The partners behind the work.
Impact at this scale is never solo — these partners back the work with funding, reach and reserved demand.
Recognition
Recognition, restated as outcomes.
The awards are not trophies — they are external validation that the model works, and capital that built the next cold room.
